Palmetto Honey is great for everyday use. Drizzle it over biscuits, toast, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cheese boards, desserts, or cornbread. Stir it into tea, coffee, lemonade, smoothies, sauces, marinades, and baked goods as a natural sweetener.

Raw honey has more antioxidants, amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals than regular honey. These properties can help with: Wound healing, Immunity, Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Heart health, Diabetes, Allergies, Sleep problems, Coughs, Sore throat, Brain health. Raw honey also contains flavonoids, which can help prevent and fight disease. It also contains propolis and bee pollen, which have their own benefits. This is a little over two tablespoons for women and three tablespoons for men. Rember all honey will crystallize we recommend keeping it at room temperature.
